@ Ryan Graham - Council will have to rule on your vote. 24 Cha!ns had it's cash round at the beginning of the month, and this would be a cash round. Having said that, it will be up to the council to approve the raid.
Church is allowed.. foz always has an option that if we raid their will be a free game option for those who do not wanna play cash rounds.
