Yes, there was another design to the Louisville course before. From what i could see on the course map I found on the PDGA website, hole 4 used to be hole 8, hole 1, 2, and 4 aren't even there anymore now, they were moved. I used to play this course everyday before work at Ohio Transformer. So yes, I knew that course extremely well. So looking at this from the perspective of someone travelling through, they would have been as lost as I was, and trying to guess what went where.
As for Massillon, I have no idea about the tee signs there. Up until this year, I have been out of the loop for almost 3 years. But now that I know a little bit more, I can possibly do something about helping get things finished. I'm playing in Massillon this evening, and I'll make notes on things that need done, and start working on them and looking into who I need to contact at the parks dept. and try to get peoples butts in gear.
