There’s a lot of exciting things going on this fall for the Disc Fanatics of Kansas. Many of these items will require planning & teamwork by DFOK members.
Thus, the first of a few DFOK meetings has been scheduled for Thursday, SEPT. 13th, 6:30pm. The meeting will take place in the Groesbeck meeting room of the Manhattan Public Library. The library is located at 629 Poyntz Ave. in downtown Manhattan.
The subjects that need to be addressed are as follows:
1. Potentially co-hosting a Discraft Ace Race, with the K-State Lutheran Campus Ministry.
2. Finalize the details of the Fall/Winter DFOK Glow League.
3. Establish a plan for designing the next 9 holes for the Fairmont Park course.
4. Modify our tactics to obtain approval for the next 9 holes to the Warner Park course.
5. Miscellaneous topics, time permitting.
