Tonight will be a beautiful night for the last round of the Freaky Friday Skins 2011-2012 season. Thanks to everybody who braved the dark, cold, and muddy conditions this year to battle for skins! We saw more friendly faces this year than last, and hopefully next season will have even more players.
Tonight's round is the last round to decide the top 5 in points that will be playing off for the States berth. This playoff will most likely happen the following Friday. Jay and myself might be taking berths from MiCoPS. If this is the case we will bump down the list to include the 6th and 7th place in points for a shot at the berth. All players eligible for the playoff will be contacted by me sometime within the next week to arrange a playoff round.
Speaking of points... Jay doled out weekly stompings to the rest of us poor golfers, giving him a hefty lead early and securing his spot as the Freaky Friday Skins 2011-12 CHAMPION! Excellent shooting, Jay! Mr. Moneybags took a total of $304 out of our pockets.... almost doubling the next in line's winnings.
Not a single ace this year so far, but there are 18 holes left waiting for one lucky golfer to smash chains.
