Week 14

A fifteen foot putt was all that stood between Brody Cannon and Mike Trask from a perfect round this week, but they fell just short and settled for a -17 and just edged out Kevin O'Brien and Xander Waibel (-16) for the win.

We had 54 players this week. The weather was warm and cloudy, with a little wind.

Albert Ricker grabbed the $52 ace pot by hitting hole 3 his second time through.
The Next Adventure random ace was hole 7.
The Rainy Day Games secret score was -4 and was unclaimed this week.

All 3 CTPs came from the same card this week:
Hole 1: James McMillan won a golf towel donated by Next Adventure.
Hole 5: Kurt Slottke won the Larson Surprise (10m tape measure).
Hole 7: Aaron Ussery won a metal flake TT Katana donated by Harvest Community Church.

We had 8 new players this week, pushing our total to 164 for the year. That means 16 players will be ellgible for the playoff round on Aug 21st. Matthew Hill finds himself right on the edge, with Kevin O'Brien and Kevin Brito hot on his heels. There are only four more weeks of the regular season left.

We also have a hot race for the top three spots who will be playing off for a Bentley Basket donated by Thomas Bentley and Luis Nava. Luis Nava leads the pack with 237 points, Nick Marshall jumped up to second with 225, and Chris Kuhlman is at 215. Xander Waibel is knocking on the door with 213 points. Expect some tough competion from these guys in the upcomming weeks.

Thanks once again to our great sponsors Rainy Day Games, Next Adventure, Play It Again Sports, Bentley Baskets, Harvest Community Church, and Jeff Larson. See you next week.
