No Storms this week! Like I said we will not be making up last weeks play and it will go as a drop week for everyone.
The mosquitoes are in season and it doesn’t matter if you’re out in the fairway or on the tee box they are everywhere. Bring your spray, and apply liberally.
I’ve been using “Raids- Yard Guard†the last couple of days. It might be a little overkill but its barley keeping them away.
On to the round!
In the Advanced Division we had 5 players. Matt A. played one of his best rounds shooting a -9 and taking first. Matt K. “Scraps†shot a -7 for 2nd and Brandon G. shot a -5 for 3rd. Nice shooting from the Adv. crowd.
Give it up for Matt K. for his Ace on hole 7 on his time through…The pot was at $46 bucks and Rumble did not take his payout so Scraps could receive an even $50 bucks!
In the Rec. Division we had 3 players. Adam P. shot a -5 to take first and Tim S. shot a -3 to take 2nd. Very nice shooting.
In the Beginner Division we had 3 new players for a total of 6 competitors. Boney(as spelled by Matt A.) and Zach A. both shot a +6 for a tie and a playoff for 1st place points. It took 3 holes but Zach pulled out the win. Bonnie did give Zach a good run but youth prevailed. Two very good rounds and a great play off match.
In the Open Division we had two players. Josh C. shooting his best round of -14 came in second to Rumbles -18 perfect round! Josh putted lights out but Rumbles combination of close drives and solid putting propelled him into the next dimension.
That’s all I got for now, we’re doing regular tee’s on Thursday unless we can come up with something else. See you all then.
