The Ponds at Lakeshore:
Former ball golf course makes for a very clean, long, open and fun round. Two ponds, with one tough shot over water. Features a 990' foot hole and course-side apartments. Never muddy, no rough, an enjoyable round in any weather. Do not climb fence.
OB: Fence, rock wall, sandtraps, roof, parking lot.
Home of The Throw Shop- Michigan's Disc Golf Pro Shop. 4,000+ discs, and everything else you need to play. Cold drinks and snacks. Staffed by experienced players. Open M-F Noon-6pm, Sat-Sun 11am-6pm. 734-657-1699
If you have not been to the park before here are local directions:
I-94; Exit #187 (Rawsonville Rd.) south 2 blocks to a right on S. Grove St. 1 mile to a left into Lakeshore Apt. Complex just after Bridge St. 1st tee in front of the Throw Shop disc golf store. Show I.D. at gate.
