We need extra insurance for events at BPRD parks, and sanctioning provides this coverage. The PDGA upped its one-time non-member fee from $10 to $15 per event, which is not ideal. But this is really the only way we can have a legit COWS event at Pine. If you're planning to play COWS at Pine, Skyline and Cascades Academy (all sanctioned), consider joining the PDGA for the year.
