TD-I submitted this morning for a refund because I had to withdraw and you sent me $16. How is that right after you extended the sign up period til today at noon? If you change one, the other has to change too. Which means you’re willing to accept more money late but not give it back. Please advise on how that makes sense or seems fair to the DG Community? All refunds follow pdga rules. 25% refund per those rules at this point. Unless you think I have misinterpreted the pdga rules?

I never questioned that you were following the rules. And I understand the work from a TD standpoint…meaning the impact to changes as the event nears. I’m not connected to this event, but I do notice that the TDs mentioned right from the outset on the “About” page that “All Refunds will follow the PDGA guidelines”.
