Thank you for signing up to play in the St. Louis Disc Golf Club Championships and helping us kick off our 2025 club year!
Check-In and Voting
Check-in and tournament central will be at the Blackhawk shelter between the Original course and the Bunker. Tee times will run from 8:30 AM through 12:30 PM and registration will close at 12:15 PM. Before your round, you can grab your club mini and koozie. CTPs will be on the course already (JB OG 1, 4, 6, 13, 15, 18 and Bunker 2nd shot 17). We will have ballots printed out so that you can vote for the 2025 STLDG Club Board of Directors and provide feedback to help us establish wants/needs of the community moving forward.
Scoring and Cards
We are hosting this event in Udisc Events. This is where you can check in, make your card, and keep score tomorrow. We will also have paper scorecards at check-in if so desired. After the 22-hole round, the top 8 scores (plus ties) will be playing in the final 9 (Original holes 1-9), should they choose to stick around to compete for top tags and to be our Club Champion. The final 9 is set up in the Udisc event as the second round.
Course Rules and Layout
On or over roads or sidewalks are OB, inside fences is OB, and any standing water is casual.
Our JB 22 hole layout is as follows and is in Udisc:
- Original holes 1-9
- Bunker holes 10, 11, 17, 18
- (Non-Scoring) Calvin Kinsella Memorial Ace Run - Bunker hole 1
- Original holes 10-18
Calvin Kinsella Memorial Hole
After you play hole 18 at Bunker, please go to hole 1 at Bunker to participate in two traditions that Calvin never missed.
51 Club. Traditional 51 Club for those of you who are unaware, is if anyone on your card hits an ace everyone who witnessed gives them $5; $1 for metal hits. We'll be doing our version of that in honor of Calvin with $50 for every ace and a free disc from club inventory for any metal hits, please stop by tournament central to redeem.
We'll also be honoring another tradition that Calvin never missed. Two off the top. You'll get two throws on the Hole 1 Ace Run.
When visiting this hole we ask that you pay homage to Calvin in whatever way you see fit, whether it be a moment of silence, a cheers, or whatever respectful way you choose.
Vendors and Beer
The STLDGC inventory will be out at tournament central(set up til around 4) so you can shop and claim/redeem old vouchers. Kyle from Lazer Lab Creations will also be joining us there so show him some love as well! We will also have beer from 4 Hands Brewery iced down for players! Along with our inventory, we'll have previous raffle prizes available for claiming.
Tag Distribution and Raffle
After all cards are complete with the 22 hole layout, we will begin distributing club tags by score so make sure to hang around to grab yours! Those in the top 8 will compete in the final 9 and tags will be distributed after. We'll also be doing the raffle during this time so make sure to grab some raffle tickets - you can purchase raffle tickets on your registration, as well as at tournament central tomorrow.
If you want to leave after you complete your round you'll be welcome to take the highest number tag and go or can pick up your earned tag number at a future club event.
As a reminder, the #1 tag and overall winner tomorrow will have their name engraved on our club championships trophy! Good luck!
