Will the courses be available to practice prior to the event?

Jasper City will not let us close down streets until later the night before the event, to put out the baskets for the event. It all should be set up late night the 25th, if you want to get there early the day of the event to get some practice you are more than welcome too. We will also have the course maps published prior to the event.
That makes total sense, but thought I’d ask anyhow. Thanks!
