My plan was to attend after the tournament was back on… with the recent events and impact in my area with the hurricane, we have so much damage to our home and area, me attending looks unlikely. We may not have power at our home for weeks as we are very remote and rural..
Am I able to withdraw and not be penalized as of this moment ?
