Are Cedar Hill and Jones White cart friendly or would it be easier carrying a bag for someone with balance issues ? If they are , Is there anyone in the area that's not using their Zuca cart and maybe I can rent it for tournament ?

Both have a few tricky spots, but overall good cart courses.
