Looks like you played the Flex event on Blue yesterday. Per the Event About page, "For all AM divisions, there will be a full AM payout for each division, with payout funds redeemable throughout the week at the DGLO pro shop hosted by Ledgestone. If you cannot redeem the funds in person you can do so online at the Ledgestone retail website. The payouts will usually be available within 36 hours of the flex event being completed." So give it until tomorrow, or at least ask on the event page itself: https://www.discgolfscene.com/tournaments/DGLO_Flex_Black_Locust_Blue_2024 and not just on the course page.
