Couple layout suggestions/ideas: #2 tee to #3 basket as a par 5 would be super interesting. #6 tee to #7 basket with a mando could be fun. #16 tee to #18 basket or vice versa (interferes with island hole though). And to make up the missing holes you could fiddle with putting a couple in across the street (if that's allowed and there's a safe place to cross which is maybe a long shot).
