I'm not involved with this event, and I have run several multi course events. What you are asking is simply not that easy to do. Need another course TD, course volunteers like spotters and set up and break down. Course prep in maint and OB marking. This seems like an easy fix, and its not at all

As a staff member for the event, I can address this. Simply put, its not as simple as finding another course. If were able to do that, we would have to contact all sponosrs and increase their support to cover player packs. Our tent we have rented for the opening ceremonies size would need to be increased, more chairs, more tables, more food, etc. It would cost the event probably 10K. And beyond all that, we would have to change many pools of players and the courses that we have already published. I hope you get in - its gonna be a great event!
