The soccer field has been under construction and the grass is quite new. It is OK for us to play on it for the tourney, but I ask that you do not warm up on the soccer field to help keep traffic down. Warm up on the course itself or go to the far side of the complex (across the parking lot behind hole 1) or to hole 5 to get warm up throws in. The church allows us to use their course, let's be respectful of the work they are doing.
Last year for this event, yellow jackets showed up. I have not seen any at all this year, but I have plenty of wasp spray just in case. I ask you to take care when walking the course and report any sighting if they show up so I can eliminate them.
I also made a slight tweak to OB wording in live scoring. If any OB states grass is in and concrete/asphalt and beyond is out, The grass being in also includes dirt that is where grass normally would be. I doubt it would come into play, but you never know.
