League OB rules will be used for both rounds. Inside any creek bed, surrounded by water, and/or beyond is OB. If it takes longer than 10 seconds for your card to come to a consensus, its INBOUNDS, (benefit to the player). The creek wall between Holes 11, 14, 17 & 18 is NOT OB. Inside of the wall IS OB.
