It’s pretty unacceptable that there was no schedule out 4 days prior this huge A-Tier, hosting some of the biggest names in dg. This would be bad even for a C-Tier. Why are you running an A-Tier if you can’t have such basic information out in time??? Glad you finally got a “schedule” posted. SMH. Please do better in the future.
This information has been out for months. Sorry you werent able to find it. Maybe next year we will downgrade to a c tier and you wont need to SYH...
Your attitude is unacceptable Rebecca. 269 othee players in this tournament and we all understand how these things work. If you want to express your opinion to someone, perhaps contact them directly instead of publicly. You gain more respect from that person, who
Will then be more open to your critism. Also, you won't run the risk of publicly embarrassing yourself....again.
Cale, where has it been at for months? In the comments. Because if so then no one should have to read through 75+ comments in order to figure out what course they’re playing and what the schedule is. Maybe you should downgrade to a C-Tier if the information can’t be put on the DGS About section or at the very least in the picture section.
Ryan, my attitude is very reasonable given the fact that there was no schedule posted on the about page until 2-3 days prior to the tournament start. I don’t think you can speak for the other 269 players. I know others that also agree that not having a schedule posted was unacceptable. You can only ever speak for yourself. Commenting was my way of being respectful. I’m pointing out something very basic and obvious that should not be happening at an A-Tier. I can not speak for the rest of the field, but I would imagine that a lot of people would agree with me, but they are too afraid of conflict to say it so boldly, even only saying it to those running the tournament. There’s no embarrassment on my end, so maybe you’re the one that’s embarrassed???
No one agrees with you
I agree with her. I did not find out where I was playing until Matt Dollar asked 2 days ago.
Thanks Matt.
I’ve TD’d tournaments, including ones with Cale.
I always include course information and schedule on the about page.
I even searched here (in the comments) and found no schedule information.
C-Tiers also need to include schedule information.
I’m with you Rebecca.
So bold you are
Dollar was kind, Rebecca was insulting. That's the difference.
Rebecca has everything correct. This is an A tier event with C tier communication. And it hasn't been just this year. Every other A tier I travel to has a caddie book and detailed schedule up and ready for viewing well before a week out, even a month out.
Look down these comments and you will see a personal response from Cale regarding what time the FP40 pool is playing. The Schedule is made, just not published for the public to see. If you are on the inside, you get your questions answered, if not you get nothing but silence followed by derision. Thanks Rebecca. Thanks Robert.

Woah, this is getting a bit hostile. I assure you, there is no special insider information for my clique. Doing my best to answer all questions. It has been known since registration opened in January that all divisions are playing Hollows and BRP on Friday and Saturday. I guess I underestimated how important it was for people to know 6 months ahead of time, which day they were going to play which course. I am sure you would have practiced the holes differently in preparation for that. I'll do better in the future. Sincerely, if you would like to drop and receive a full refund, I would gladly oblige.
Cale, I sincerely apologize for my above comment as it is too personal. I was trying to express support for Rebecca's position and I overstepped. Sorry. I
Timothy, thank you for the support!
Prodigy doing prodigy things.. Same problems with his preserve tournament. Last minute update to play red fox was a joke as well.

Cale, you’ve been passive aggressive in both of your responses. The items mentioned should be very standard practice at PDGA events. These are not extreme requests. We do not need a full schedule 6 months in advance. Once registration begins filling out, there should at least be an understanding of which divisions will play which course & on what days. At least a baseline schedule should be available 3-4 months prior to the event with updates as details are finalized. Providing explanations on what additional details are in the works. Then once you get to the 1 month mark, you should absolutely have a full and complete schedule out. If there are a couple unknown details, these should be clearly communicated and explained (not just in the comments - but on the main “about” page). People are spending hundreds of dollars to play these events including travel, lodging, etc. It is unprofessional to not include more details, especially with only days until the event. It’s also inconsiderate of people’s time and money. Yes, I agree, you did underestimate. If you go on Disc Golf Scene and look at the information that is given for other PDGA Sanctioned Events, you will quickly see that there’s a huge discrepancy between information shown on this event and most other events. Examples at the bottom. It looks as though those planning this event didn’t want to be bothered to put an effort on the front end in order to provide basic and standard information, appropriate for an event of this size. I’m not trying to be rude (although I assume you will think so). I’m being direct, honest, and straightforward about what I’ve observed. If you aren’t willing to put more effort into events you are running, or just aren’t good at planning, scheduling, etc, then maybe it’s best to find people that are. Not everyone is cut out to run events, especially large ones. Some people’s minds just don’t work that way as well as others, and that’s totally okay. What’s not okay is making things unnecessarily difficult on hundreds of competitors because you’re unwilling to see where change is needed & then getting upset when that’s pointed out. I hope you choose to do better in the future or hand these things off to people that are willing to put in the effort that is required for an event of this size and caliber. I know an option is for me to “Just not play the event.” And that’s a viable option. But why not take pride in an event that has been known for many years? Rather than ride on previous successes, instead, strive to do better.
