Thanks Nick. I have another question my fiance wants to play her first tournament and I was curious if I could play on the same card with her? This would be my first flex event and not sure how they work.
Yep, a flex tournament allows you to show up with your own playing card. A group needs to be a minimum of 3 players and a total of 5 players. Yep, a flex tournament allows you to show up with your own playing card. A group needs to be a minimum of 3 players and a total of 5 players. If you do not have the minimum of 3 players, then you can either choose a tee time when you sign up and others will then be able to sign up and join your card. You also can just show up the day of, and then wait until at least one other person shows up and is looking for a card. Although for walkup sign ups we can't always guarantee that you will be able to start your round as soon as you would like due to needing at least 3 players. If you want to ensure the best chance to have a group ready to go I suggest choosing a tee time.
