Good morning everyone and welcome to round one of The Blue Ridge Championships!
Things to know before round 1!
Parking will be tight. When you arrive look for Malcom in the parking lot he is in charge of getting everyone situated. Please pay attention when parking and be considerate.
Warm up: players are welcome to warm up on the courses until 7:30 on gorge, 8:30 on boulder and river run. After that no one should be on the courses. There are two practice baskets near the tennis courts above the pro shop. You can also walk up to the next level a throw full power shots up the mountain. Any other warm up is unacceptable and you will be asked to move to the area above.
CHECK IN: All players must be at hole one of their course 10 mins before their tee-time. If you still need to pickup your players pack please come see us. If you do not check-in you will not be guaranteed a players pack!! All players are required to check-in for the event. We are in the Birdie's Lounge.
If you need to check-in today you can do so from 7am-8:20am or 1:30pm-6:00pm at Birdies Lounge. Any other time is not acceptable. We have limited staff this weekend and will accommodate what we can. Thank you for being patient! See y'all soon!
THIS EVENING: There is karaoke and a corn hole tournament tonight at Birides lounge in the back of the pro shop. We would love to have you join us this evening. This starts around 6pm. There will be food and drinks served up all day! Come hangout and have a great time!
BATHROOMS: there are portals all around the property, please use this instead of the bathrooms in the pro shop. There are portals located behind the building near the pro shop. Please use these for your morning routine, if you know what I mean. lol.
Mostly, enjoy your time here! We love the Blue Ridge mountain and we hope you will too.
Please let me know if anyone needs anything throughout the weekend! I will be at hole 1 on Gorge all day today if you want to talk in person. If there is something you think we can improve on please be polite but bring it to our attention and we will do our best!
