General Information
- Parking
* Do not enter the premises before 8:20am.
* You may park in the “Student parking” section or in the gravel lot.
- Sign in
* Sign in at the table inside the building 15 minutes before your tee-time to receive your disc, learn more about our club and enter the ace pot
- Ace pot
* $5 ace pot CASH ONLY. %50 to the club and %50 split to every player that aces
- Trophies
* 1st place will receive a trophy.
- Discs for sale
* First come first serve - $15
- Extra donations
* Front rush fundraiser (more information at sign-in table)


Safety Guidelines
- The mine is wet, muddy, sloped, and cluttered at times. It is important that you stay aware of your surroundings and walk carefully.
- While in the mine, do not throw any objects except for your disc.
- Tobacco, alcohol, and open flame devices are strictly prohibited.
- All participants (players, caddies, etc.) are required to wear closed toe shoes. If you are not wearing closed toe shoes, you will not be able to enter the mine, or the surrounding area.
- Everytime you enter the mine, you will be required to wear a hard hat. You may bring your own, but hard hats will be provided.
- There are restricted areas noted in the caddy book. Make sure you do not enter these areas at any time.
- The mine is also dark at places. One flashlight will be provided to each card.

If you have any questions while you are on the course, there will be course guides (members of our club) to help out. Keep yourself and your card mates safe.

Required Apparel
- Closed toe shoes (they will get slightly dirty)
- Hard hats - while in the mine (provided)

Schedule
Please sign in at the table at least 15 minutes before your tee-time so we can go over some safety rules and get your hardhats fitted.
- 9:00am - rounds start
- 4:00 pm - final round
- 5:00pm - winners announced
We will get the trophy to the hot round as soon as we can.
