- Parking
* Do not enter the premises before 8:20am.
* You must park in the gravel lot. There will be someone guiding you where to park once you
enter the premises.
- Sign in
* Sign in at the table inside the building to receive your disc, learn more about our club and
enter the ace pot
- Ace pot
* $5 acepot CASH ONLY. 50% to the club and 50% split to every player that aces
- Trophies
* 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place will receive a trophy.
- Lunch
* Not provided. One hour break
- Discs for sale
* First come first serve - $15
- Extra donations
* Front rush fundraiser (more information at sign-in table)
Safety Guidelines
The mine is wet, muddy, sloped, and cluttered at times. It is important that you stay aware of your surroundings and walk carefully.
- While in the mine, do not throw any objects except for your disc.
- Tobacco, alcohol, and open flame devices are strictly prohibited.
- All participants (players, caddies, etc.) are required to wear closed toe shoes. If you are not wearing closed toe shoes, you will not be able to enter the mine, or the surrounding area.
- Every time you enter the mine, you will be required to wear a hard hat. You may bring your own, but hard hats will be provided.
- There are restricted areas noted in the caddy book. Make sure you do not enter these areas at any time.
- The mine is dark at places. One flashlight will be provided to each card.
If you have any questions while you are on the course, there will be course guides (members of our club) to help out. Keep yourself and your card mates safe.
Required Apparel
- Closed toe shoes (they will get slightly dirty)
- Hard hats while in the mine (provided)
Schedule
Please do not arrive until 8:20 am. You will not be able to practice the holes before the round starts.
8:20 - 8:40 am: arrive to the course and sign in
8:45 am : Mandatory Players meeting / safety talk
9:00 am : Round start
11:00 am: Lunch break
12:00 pm : Round two start
2:00 pm : award ceremony inside building
