Good evening everyone,
I regret to inform you that we have encountered an unfortunate situation. Pacific Gas and Electric (PGE) has double-booked Timber Park on July 13th, as the American Legion has scheduled a significant car show on the same day.
Given these circumstances and PGE's inability to provide an alternative solution, I have reached out to Madison and confirmed that August 3rd and 4th are available dates.
Consequently, we will be shifting all planning to August 3rd and 4th. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me. We fully understand if any of you need to withdraw from the event, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
