I sent a message using this format to the TD.
There has been no communication from the TD.

Steve - the event is hosted by the Emerald Coast Boys and Girls Club and they are responsible for any refunds. The TD has donated his day to actually running the event and can not help with your refund. I did speak directly with one of the Clubs members and informed them of your request. I will reach out to them again today -
