Players will be able to check-in on Friday evening. Amateur participants will be able to pick up their player’s pack during this time. Regarding the Player’s Meeting, this will be an opportunity for players to clarify the course rules and ask questions pertaining to the tournament. While this information will be provided separately via communications to all participants, we can also try to provide a livestream for anybody who is not able to make it. We hope to hold a raffle and perhaps a few other side games during the Friday night event, as we want this to be a fun time and good experience for all.
Yes, anyone who is unable to get their player's pack Friday evening will be able to pick it up throughout the tournament. Please arrive well before your scheduled tee time as this will help keep things on track for everyone!
