I played it last week, Jay, and I don't think they ever took out the baskets on the hill. The normal layout is in place. Teepad on the top of the hill is in good shape. Was there a "winter"??
Yes, the city stopped making us take out the baskets. They are on the sides of the hill where kids aren't supposed to sled down. The one at the bottom of the hill is guarded by hailbails, although not this past year. The city and I are meeting this week to discuss upgrades for teesigns, tee fortification and overall upgrades.
THere wasn't a spindler winter league this year. I'm thinking about running something starting this Sunday at 10:30 at Spindler. It would be a sanctioned singles 10 week league.
