Why is this being held at the same time as USDGC 1st round? It's not really available for USDGC participants to participate unless tournament tee time work around this? Same question with the other flex being held during round 2.

Apologies for the late reply! These events are set up as "side games" as a way for event participants, family/friends/staff of participants, and members of the community to support USWDGC even if they aren't playing or spectating the main event. USDGC competitors may be able to play in Thursday/Friday flexes if their card tees off before 12:00pm, which is the majority of the field. While not every player will be able to play in these flexes, they will help get the community involved with USWDGC and raise funds for the women competing in USWDGC.
