We had another fantastic turnout of 40 players for our round this past Wednesday. We switched it up & snuck in a round at Mary Beth Doyle while we had clear skies & warmer temperatures but some crazy amounts of mud. We played the winter loop layout (1, 2, Alt 3, 10 S/L, Alt 11, 12 S/L, 13, 14 S/L, 18) which lead to a top score of -17 from Quiton/Paquin, taking solo first cash! Sick shooting guys! Second cash went to Sprow/Weilacher with a -15. 3rd thru 6th (last) cash was split evenly between Crouch/Wiedenfeld, Thelen/Armstrong, Krumm/Blansett & Common/Powell. All teams with -14 scores & deciding to donate the extra $10 back to the ace pool for next week.
Speaking of ace pool, Mike Pilon took 1/2 off the total pot home with him which was $123. He aced Hole 14, but to 17s basket since we played it as an alternate basket during the 2nd loop. Congrats Mike!

Thanks to Greg Matthews for donating the 10x Avair towards the CTP! Sadly, Greg suffered an injury on the last hole of the night & was assisted to the hospital by several of the league players. Keep Greg in your positive thoughts a he will be recovering from the injury for quite some time.
The plan is to finish the season out at Bandemer since the weather is not looking favorable for another round at MBD next week. So, we’ll be at Bandy for the next round on Feb. 28th & the following 2 weeks. We’ll look forward to seeing everyone then!
