Hello CDG Teams, this is a reminder that registration opens up today 2/2 by 3 p.m. EST.
All qualified DI and DII teams may register at this time along with 1 DIII team per school.
Each registered player must have the following completed prior to registration this year:
Active CDG Membership
Current PDGA Membership
Roster Verified
Current PDGA Certified Official
IMPORTANT Teams that do NOT follow registration protocols are subject to immediate removal from the field without prior notification. It is the responsibility of the team to have all items needed current, and squared away. A full refund will be given, and you will not be given priority over teams that registered properly.
Hey Chad! When registering a D3 team later if one person had not done the PDGA certified official exam yet would that justify removing the whole team immediately?
Absolutely. Teams are responsible for having their ducks in a row. This is a PDGA Major and one of the biggest events in disc golf, and we intend to treat it as such.
If we're not sure which players on our team will be playing at the event, can we still register placeholders until we decide?
Placeholders are not allowed. Registrations must be complete and accurate. Teams must establish who is competing prior to registering for the event.
Are we allowed to move registered players around? So for example move someone from our A team to our B team?j
Absolutely Zac, you can edit team registrations through the Disc Golf Scene page. Any players in the mix for moving around need to have all the boxes checked outlined in the above post.
