Attention Chili Open 6 participants.
This message was sent to your email so please check your inbox.
Unfortunately we have some severe weather moving in this weekend and player safety is my number one priority. After some deliberation with the squad and the PDGA we have come to the agreement that the Chili Open 6 will be rescheduled for Sunday, January 7th. Please understand that is one of the hardest calls to make as a TD and is in the best interest of everyone involved.
I'm aware not everyone is going to be thrilled about this decision, but our options are limited at this time.
How to proceed if you can't make the rescheduled date.
If you can not make the rescheduled date please reply to this email with one of the following requests.
If you do not reply to the email, I will assume you are all set with the date change.
1) Transfer entry to another 2024 ISC event.
2) Player Gift + partial refund ($10)
3) A full refund sub the processing fees.
If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know as soon as possible.
