On December 18th any divisions with more than 4 open spots will be adjusted to allow players on the wait list to be let it. If a division has 3 filled out of 8 spots, it will be adjusted to 4 spots for that division to hopefully fill out a full card, but also let others in who have been signed up for over a month. If a division has less than 4 open spots it will be left alone.
On January 1st, all open spots will be filled by players on the wait list. This will be more than 6 weeks after initial sign ups providing all players who might want to play plenty of time to sign up.

I moved spots already from a couple division but I won't be moving any other spots until January 1st. At that point all open spots will be filled with wait list players. The wait list isn't huge, I'm guessing almost all players will get in at that point.
