How are we playing the ditches on 10 and 11? Signs say 10 is OB while 11 is Casual. Will they play like that?

Sorry…I meant 9 and 10 where 9 sign says water is OB while sign on 10 says it is casual.

We are playing casual from water on 9 and ten and anywhere’s but 17. . Only ditch OB will be 17.
