I qualified for the NADGT in Texas but never went, would that qualification mean I’m qualified for this as well? Would like to be a part of it.

So in your handbook it’s stated that top 5 in a premier event gives you an invite to the tour finale and I got 5th place at the premier event at new world.

Yes, you finished 5th in MA1 at the Jacksonville Premier event and should receive an invitation to the Tour Finale.
