Second round will start 1 hr after the final card is completed. I will post on the FB page an official start time and it will also be on the pdga page once the second round hole assignments are up.
If you throw your disc into a tall grass area I would highly suggest using a provisional throw in the chance of a lost disc!

If you are a newer player here are a few things you might want to know more about.
1. Check out tourney rules on pdga https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual-disc-golf-events
2. The only obstacles that can be removed are branches that are dead and unattached and that are within your 8x11” lie behind your disc or mini!
3. 3 minute rule, if the entire card is looking for a disc for 3 minutes the disc is declared lost and you must either throw from where it went OB if there is OB or you must throw from your previous lie with a 1 stroke penalty.
4. During tournament rounds there is no practice allowed, even if there is a backup you can’t practice by throwing or putting.
5. If you are late to your tee time and you miss holes, you will take a par +4 on each hole that you miss. You cannot play the holes later or try and play them to catch up to your card.
6. There must be a minimum of 3 players on your card. If enough players don’t show up to make 3 then you need to split and go to a different card.
7. Mini or marker, you can’t pick up your disc to throw the same disc without using a mini. The other option would be to throw a different disc and leave your previously thrown disc where is landed and throw behind it.
8. Provisional - a provisional is a throw that is used when you don’t know something for sure. For example on an Island hole, if your disc is close to being in bounds but you can’t tell from the tee, you can call a provisional and throw again in order to save you time from potentially walking back to the tee if you get to the island and your disc is out of bounds. Another example would be if you and your card mates can’t agree on if your inbound on a certain shot, you can play a provisional and play it both ways then come to the tournament director after the round to discuss with your card.
9. Payouts, if you are playing amateur, after the final round of the tournament is done we will calculate the winnings which normally takes 15-20 minutes and then we will announce all of the individuals that earned a payout for each division, if you are in the top 40% of your division you will more than likely receive some sort of merchandise credit to be used that day on Discs, Sunglasses, Apparel, etc..
