before i answer this question, ill let you know that this will be changed to a normal 2 round event because thats what people seem to like better around here. now, for a flex event, think of it just like if you are watching a live PDGA event. you sign up for a tee time, show up before the tee time to check in and play like normal with your card. i would be on site all day to handle any TD duties. the only real difference is that its 1 round and you tee off on hole 1 at a specified time.
