I am trying to register but I’m having issues with my PayPal account. Is there another way I can pay?

You should be able to pay by debit / credit card on Disc Golf Scene. No need for a PayPal account. PayPal just processes the payment on our end. If you do still have trouble, send me an email at [email redacted] and we can make other arrangements.
