Can you explain what you mean by "give the lower rankings of Amateur's players an opportunity to compete in a doubles format without being overwhelmed"?
I have had plenty of friends who like disc golf but wouldn't play in a tournament because they aren't "good enough" or don't want to play unless they know someone on there card. Thus I wanted to host a more light hearted tournament. I think lower division doubles covers those bases. I hope that answers your question.
Bring him aboard, that is the main focus honestly is to have family and friends enjoy some good ole fashion casual competition. I myself am just over 800 rate (on a good day) so very impressive! If your son doesn't mind playing on a card with older guys then feel free to join.

Thanks Reggie. I'm an MA2 player and I'd like to play with my 9 yo son who's just over 800 rated. Is that okay?

Great! I run the juniors league in Salt Lake, I'll let the other parents and players know.
Awesome!
Carter and I are signed up, thanks for making us aware John. Should be fun!
