Apologies but due to players pack supply constraints, I had to modify the cap for Ams to 60, at least for the moment.

Also, I cannot do ghost cards to expand anymore, despite alcantra being suited to it, as a result of an obscure rule change I did not know about. Ghost cards can only be used in emergencies or for unseen circumstances, and not planned even where it’s appropriate. I might have to cap the fields a couple below 90 to ensure card matching and flexibility.

I am not planning on extra holes but I can think about it. But the 60 player cap for Ams is likely to stick.
