Is it possible to score in the MA50 division but play with MA3 pool so I can play with my son? In other words, I would like to remain in the MA50 division but play in a different pool to play the same course schedule as my son. Mainly because we traveled from Florida together.

That is not possible. Those divisions are in separate pools and play separate courses each day.

No, MA3 is full
