I no longer have the Registration Confirmation email dur to a computer hack and I need to request a refund for my sing-up. How do I go about that?

When I need to request a refund/drop, I go to the "players" tab and it shows my registration. On that page I have a "withdraw" link. I just click it and follow the prompts. I've never had an issue getting a refund.

Thanks Curtis, but when I go to player tab my name is in black and I can't click on it. SO frustrated!

Name is always black. That's normal. You click on the EDIT or WITHDRAW below the black name.

Tammy - I corrected the email address for your registration and resent your confirmation.
