Internet is not a requirement for a great tournament. This was a phenomenal event, and Camp Serene was amazing! I found the lack of Internet to be a delightful aspect. And the WiFi at Tournament Central was an excellent albeit nonessential amenity!

When we are required to keep score digitally but don't have a signal to do so then this is a flaw. When digital scoring allows us to check scores as well as keep them but this isn't capable during a MAJOR this is a flaw. When we're told to keep score by logging into the wifi and it'll drop off once we leave hole one and to just reconnect after the round to officially log scores but the app blanks later in the round and scores are no longer able to be kept, even offline, this is a flaw. Of course we used to keep score on paper and things were different but when we're required to use certain tools that aren't functional and have become the norm for the past years, this is a flaw.

I respectfully disagree.
Not an event flaw. More of an expectation flaw.
