Was talking to a few of my senior compatriots and we thought that it might have been nice if the older divisions could have played earlier in the day as the heat affects us a little more than the younger generation. We even thought that we could go at at 6:00 am if you thought we would hold up play. Just me and some other seniors thoughts. Have a wonderful evening.
Not worried about the heat BUT most of the
Ones I have played in the last couple years started the Senior and female divisions first as they throw lighter discs that are more affected by the wind than the heavier ones thrown by the younger players with bigger arms
Just food for thought
The heat has not been an issue for me and I’m enjoying the leisurely mornings and later tee times.
Interesting points. Some MA55:players were discussing rotating tee times. Tee early one day, late the next and so forth. It would be nice to throw a roller through dry grass instead of gallons of dew. There could be other reasons for tee orders but it seems more balanced. No criticism intended.
I like the warm weather. Good for my joints. Happy to play later.
From an MP60 standpoint, It was nice not to be the first one's off for a change. The consequence was playing in hotter / windier conditions, but at least I got to sleep in. Was a good trade off.
