This will serve as the players meeting for the event. There will not be an in-person players meeting. If you have any questions, please address these at the time of check-in.
Basic Information
The event is full; we will not be taking walk up registrations.
CHECK-IN IS FROM 7:30-8:15. Please see Disc Baron at tourney central to check in and pick up your player’s pack. Please be sure to check in before 8:15.
If you need to pay for ace pool or 50/50, please do so during check-in.

Water will be available at tournament central and at Holes 7/13
Ace Pool - Due to the fact that we have a few divisions playing a different tee pad layout, we have divided the Ace Pool into 3 Goups; Ace Pool 1 (MPO, MA1), Ace Pool 2 (MA2) and Ace Pool 3 (MA50, MA3, MA4, FA3, MJ12, FJ10).
If no one gets an ace for your pool, we will be using a combined Ace Pool throw off for any Ace Pools that are not hit during play. Please be sure to complete your ace pool throw off during lunch or after your first round. If an ace is hit for a particular pool, the ace pool throw off will not count for that pool. (ace pool paid in only & will be paid via paypal ).
Ace Bounty Hole - If you opted into the Ace Bounty, that is on hole 10. This must be filmed to claim your $250 Disc Baron voucher.
CTP/LP flags will be out for BOTH ROUNDS.
PLEASE BE SURE to bring in all Prize Flags after the 2nd round.
You MUST be present to collect your CTP/LP prize. We will not hold or ship these prizes.

Live Scoring & Hole Assignments
We will be utilizing PDGA Live Scoring. Your hole assignments for the 1st round are live and 2nd round will be listed in the Live Scoring system after lunch.
Hole assignments will also be available at tourney central.
We will have paper score cards on hand and we always recommend keeping a back up in case of any issues. Paper score cards do not need to be turned in unless there is an issue with the live scoring system.

Lunch
The official tee time for the 2nd round will be set once the last card has been finalized on live scoring. Lunch will last 60 minutes from the last card.
Payouts
Payouts will be provided using the standard PDGA payout scale.
MPO Payouts, 50/50 and Ace Pool will all be paid via PayPal.
Amateur payouts will be provided by Disc Baron in the form of coupons to Disc Baron online store www.discbaron.com. Coupons will be distributed via email Monday morning. Payouts must be claimed online or in store. Winners will have until 10/24/23 to redeem their coupons. Coupons must be used in one transaction and no change will be provided.
Raffle
Raffle “tickets" for a chance to win a Rovic Cart or several other amazing prizes will be available until the start of your 2nd round at tournament central.
For the raffle - Instead of using actual raffle tickets, we will be using a numbered list and a random number generator to determine the winner of the raffle prizes. The raffle “ticket” that you received as a part of your registration has already been allocated and anyone who purchases additional “tickets” will be added to this list.
You must be present to collect your raffle prize. We will not hold or ship prizes for people who leave before the raffle is held. (With the exception if you happen to be still on the course or you have someone collecting the prize for you)
