Good evening! Thank you for registering for the USDGC Doubles Qualifier powered by The Florida Hummingbird event!
Please note: This event is for Amateur class players. If you have a PDGA number, it must be classified as Amateur OR if you do not have a PDGA number, you must have not accepted cash at any sanctioned event. If you do not fall under either of these categories, you will not be eligible to play the USDGC Doubles Main Event in Rock Hill, SC.
Check-in will begin around 8:15am. Please check in (each player) before 9am at the pavilion by hole 1. We will have a brief player's meeting at 9am at which point you will get your starting hole assignment. Round 1 shot-gun start will begin shortly after that. We will take about an hour break for lunch after the conclusion of Round 1.
Round 2 start time will be announced and posted online (Disc Golf Scene and UDisc).
Men: You will have 3 teams qualifying. If there are any ties for the top 3 spots, they will be broken by sudden death playoff on holes 1, 2, 3, 14, 18 until we have a clear top 3.
Ladies: You will have 1 team qualifying - same sudden death playoff if you tie at the end of Round 2.
The event is set up on UDisc. I would recommend using UDisc AND a paper scorecard (provided) to have backup.
BEST SHOT DOUBLES BOTH ROUNDS.
OB Rules:
1. Over Fence on Right and Long. Parking Lot/Concrete.
2. Over Fence on Left.
3-8. Over Fence on Left. Water.
9. Water.
10. Water. Over Fence on Right.
11. Water, Standard OB rules apply.
12. Mando. If Mando is missed, proceed directly to the drop zone with a one stroke penalty. Water and over fence on right.
13. Water and over fence on right.
14. Water, concrete surrounding pavilion and the playground.
15. Water and playground.
16. Water, concrete surrounding pavilion and the playground.
17. On the cobblestone path (concrete sidewalk is in bounds), inside the planters, inside the bathrooms are all out of bounds.
18. Water, concrete surrounding pavilion and the playground.
