With thunderstorm in the forecast, will the event be cancelled? Can we get a 24 hour notice if so?
Hi Brian, Currently we do not have plans to cancel the event, however if the weather is deemed too unsafe to play we will reschedule.
We'll make that call as we get closer to Saturday and will provide as much advanced notice as possible. Should we start the event and conditions worsen, we will suspend play until conditions become safe, or end the event early.
Safety of our players is our number 1 priority.
