What is mixed open but there is still an FPO? Where did MPO go?

I was wondering the same thing. Disc Golf Scene changed all mens divisions. There is no other choices. Basically I'm believe it will have all requirements of Men's Pro Open

Used to just be called "Open" because it's open to anyone. FPO only open to women. A little CYA with the transgender stuff

That totally makes sense. They should leave it that way. But open to anyone works too
