Why wasn't this tournament limited in each division?

The decision was made this time to just allow a first-come, first-served registration. How many people end up in each division is based on when people chose to register after it opened. The waitlist will adjust those numbers, so if you'd like to play, hop on the waitlist and see how it shakes out.
