I’ve requested to withdrawal and get a refund a couple times now, prior to PDGA rules of 30 days prior to the event.

Is it really a 4 round tournament? What is it the Santa Barbara world championships? Half the people signed up are masters and can only play a few rounds a weekend, sounds like torture.
