When is the caddy book coming out? I think we are all anxiously awaiting that, with it being two days away.
The layouts are up and available in Udisc. There really won't be a specific Caddy book, other than the specific rules for each hole which are a "game time decision". With the Snow, we have to wait and see if it wil be covering all the greens, bunkers, ob etc to determine what it will be for each hole. It will all be available in the PDGA live app during the round
